MUNDUS STONES

Mundus stones grant a permanent buff to your stats for free. You can change your Mundus at any time for free by just interacting with a different stone.  Mundus stones are scattered all over Tamriel and can be found in many guide houses.

 

  1. The Ritual - Increases healing done by min 8%.Increased healing strength generally a slightly bigger buff than spell damage to your healing strength.

  2. The Atronach - Increases magicka recovery by a min 310. My preference for most magicka healers due to the sheer size of the increase to magicka recovery.

  3. The Apprentice - Increase Spell Damage by a min 238.
    Increases both damage and healing strength a good option when you want to increase DPS while still maintaining really good healing strength.

  4. The Mage - Increases Max magicka by a min 2023
    Increases your magicka pool and increases spell damage but by slightly less than the above options.

  • Witchmother's Potent  Brew - Mag Magicka and Helath and magicka recovery for 2 hrs.  Cheap to make, and gives decent max stats and recovery used a lot when the extra stats are not needed. Obtained in drops during the  Witches Festival Event.

Food and Drink are a form of semi-permanent buff that increases maximum resources and or recovery. They range in duration from 30 minutes to 2hours without passives.  I would recommend unlocking the passive Gourmand and Connoisseur in due course to increase the duration of food and drink buffs by 20 minutes along with Chef and Brewer if you are making your own food to increase the amount of food cooked.  There are generally only 6 foods or drinks I would consider running on my healer.

  • Clockwork Citrus Filet - Increase Max health and magickia, and helath and magicka recovery for 2 hrs.  Expensive food that offers slightly increase stats over Witch Mother Potent Brew.  The recovery is a big bonus for most builds and makes it a great choice when the recovery is needed. Obtain from completing Matter of Tenderness quest in Clockwork city

  • Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl - Increases max health and food stats for 2 hrs, expensive to make as it uses Clam Gall used when you either don't need the recovery or need the extra health for survivability. The extra 2000 plus health and Magicka is really nice.  Obtained by fishing in Artaeum.

  • Minstal Banna-Bunny Hash / Melon-Baked Parmesan Pork / Solitude Salmon-Millet Soap - All have the same buffs increasing max 5395 health and 4936 magickia for 1 hr. Slightly lower stats than Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl with a shorter duration but much cheaper and a lower level provisioning skill required to make. Random drop anywhere in Tamriel.

  • Bewitched Sugar Skulls - Max stat food that gives health, magicka and stamina and health recovery. Used when you need the extra stamina particularly if kiting. Obtained during drops during the Witches Festival Event.

  • Longfin Pasty with Melon Sauce / Jugged Rabbit Preserves / Capon Tomato-Beet Casserole/ Withered Tree Inn Venison Pot Roast  - Max stat food that gives 4462 health and 4105 max magicka and stamina. Cheaper to make than sugar skulls with about 200 less max states and without the health recovery. All these food give the same stats. Random drop any were in Tamriel.

Potions

Potions provide great buffs to you that can maintain 100% up-time with Medical Use passive under Alchemy crafting line that  increases the duration of your  potions 30%.  This duration increase pushes the potion duration to 47.6 seconds over the 45 second cool-down meaning the buffs applied can be effective 100% of the time.  All these potion times and are based on

Essence of Spell Power (Spell Power Pots)- Grant Major Sorcery and Prophecy increasing spell damage and critical and also immediately restores 7582 magicka and increases your magicak recovery by 40% for 47.6 seonds.  This is a must have potion unless in your class skills and passtives you are already have  Major Sorcery or both Major Sorcery and Prophecy.  These buff increase you healing done and critical healing rating while increasing you magicka recovery.

Essence of Spell Critical (Crit Pots) - Grant  Prophecy increasing spell damage and  and also immediately restores 9122 Helath and   7582 magicka and increases your health and magicak recovery by 40% for 47.6 seonds.  This potion is used when in your skills and or passives you already have Major Sorcery buff, these pots are cheaper than spell power pots to make and provide you with a extra health recovery which is a nice added survivabilty tool.

2. Lady's Smock/Water Hyacinth / Bugloss

Essence of Health (Tri Stat Pots) - Resores 9122 Health, 7582 Magicka and 758 Staminia immediately and increased health stamina and magicak recovery by 40% for 47.6 seconds.  Used were you need the stamina and or health such as kitting or in PvP.

Formula:

1. Mountain Flower / Columbine / Bugloss

2. . Lady's Smock /Columbine / Bugloss

Heroism Pots - Gain Minor Heroism restoring 1 Ultimate every 1.5 seconds.  I use them only when I have both Major Sorcery and Prophecy from another sources.  There are many combinations for heroism pots and the reagents to make them can be every expensive

Formula:

Option 1 - Has only 3 Effects Minor Heroism, Restore 7582 Magicka and Stamina immediately and increase magicak and stamina recovery by 40% for 47.6 seconds.  These are really expensive to make but is the only option that gives you magicka and heroism.

1. Columbine / Dragon Rheum / Dragon's Blood.

Option 2 - Has Only 2 effects Minor Heroism and Lingering Health restoring 898 health per second for x seconds:

1. Butterfly Wing / Dragon's Bile / Dragon's Blood

2. Dragon's Bile / Dragon's Blood / Powdered Mother of Peal

Option 3 - The cheapest option but unless you are a stamina healer is not assisting you other then the minor heroism buff has 2 effects Minor Heroism and Restoring 7582 Stamina and increasing stamina recovery by 40% for 47.6 seconds:

1. Dragon's Bile / Dragon's Blood / Blessed Thistle

2. Dragon's Bile / Dragon's Blood / Columbine

3. Dragon's Bile / Dragon's Blood / Dragonthorn

4. Dragon's Bile / Dragon's Blood / Mountain Flower

Option 4 - Has only 1 effect Minor Heroism  for 52.8 seconds.  These are really expensive to make but lasts 5 seconds. not generally worth it for the cost

Glyphs are added to your armor, weapons and jewelry to make you stronger. All glyphs below are based gold on CP160 level effects.

Weapon Glyph's - All weapon glyphs have  cool-downs.

Truly Superb Glyph of Weapon Damage - Increase spell damage and healing power by 348 for 5 seconds with a 10 second cool-down. A very common front bar glyph. Runes: Repora / Okori / Kuta.

Truly Superb Glyph of Shock,  Frost or Fire - Deals 2534 shock ice or flame damage. with a 5 second cool-down. Each time the rune is applies there is a x% of applying the status effect associated with the elemental damage, these status effects are generally the reason a healer would run one of these enchantments. Shock is the most common glyph used on the back bar but depending on your build will depend on which effect you are trying to apply.  Runes - Repora / Shock: Meip / Frost : Dekepa / Fire: Rakeipa / Kuta

Truly Superb Glyph of Crushing -  Reduces the target's Physical and Spell Resistance by 1622 for 5 seconds with a 10 second cool-down.. A commonly used enchant used by both tanks and healers on the back bar to increase teams penetration. It common for at least 2 support to run this glyph due to the cool down. Runes: Itade / Deteri / Kuta

Truly Superb Glyph of Weakening - Reduces the target weapon and spell damage by 348 for 5 seconds with a 10 second cool-down.. Uncommon used but can be useful on the back bar if physical penetration for the group is greater than 3,300 (penetration cap in PvE) or tanks are already applying crusher, and to proc chilled, concussed or burning on the target. Runes: Itade / Okori / Kuta

Truly Superb Glyph of Absorb Magicka - Deals 2052 magic damage and restores 354 magicka with a 10 second cool-down..   Not a bad option if you are needing the extra sustain but offers little else. Runes: Itade / Makko / Kuta

Armor Glyph's

Truly Superb Glyph of Magicka - Increases Max magicka by up to 886 depending on the armor value of the item. Is the most common glyph used on armor by healers and is generally on at least 4 if not 7 armor pieces. Runes: Repora / Makko / Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Health - Increases Max Health by up to 954 depending on the armor value of the item. Used on large armor pieces such as chest legs and head  when needed to increase health I generally like to sit at about 18-19k health in most content as a healer and health glyphs are a cheap way of getting to this level, but only use what use need you want as much max magicaka as you can get. Runes: Repora / Oko / Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Prismatic Defence - Increases max Health by 477 and Magicka and Stamina by 434.  Used on large armor pieces generally infused the maximise the enchantment potenancy. Very expensive to make, but worth it if you need that extra max health a stamina. Runes: Repora / Hakeijo / Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Stamina - Increases Max magicka by up to 886 depending on the armor value of the item. REally used on magickia healers but if you have a large enough max magicka pool running 1 health and 1 stamina glyph can be a cheaper way of increasing these stats rather than using Prismatic glyphs alos the major glyph used by stamina healers. Runes: Repora / Hakeijo / Kuta

Jewelry Glyph

Truly superb Glyph of Increase Magicka Harm - Adds 174 Spell damage.  The most common glyph used by magicak healers to increase the strength of your heals. Runes - Repora / Makderi / Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Increase Physical Harm - Adds 174 weapon damage.  Used by sometimes by stamina healers to increase the strength of your heals. Runes - Repora / Taderi/ Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Magicka Recovery - Increases magicka recovery by 169.  The trait most light armor sets come in as a default used when needed. Runes: Repora / Makkoma / Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Stamina Recovery - Increases stamina recovery by 169.  Used generally only by stamina helaers. Runes: Repora / Denima  / Kuta

Truly superb Glyph of Prismatic Recovery - Increases health, magicka and Stamina recovery by 84.  Not often used in PvE. Runes: Repora / Indeko / Kuta
